KKW X KYLIE COSMETICS | CRÈME LIQUID LIPSTICKS

When I first saw the promotional photos for the creme liquid lipsticks I completely fell in love with them. The limited edition collection contains Kim Kardashian West's four signature nude lip shades with a glossy creme finish. My first impression was the packaging was gorgeous and the collection box had bit of a velvety and sturdy feel too it. I'm currently in love with anything that has a blush/pastel pink, so the colour chosen for the collection box was just gorgeous! The collection features 4 neutral creme liquid lipsticks, which are all named after Kim Kardashian West nicknames.
From left to right;
Kimberly – a “true nude
Kim – a “peachy nude
Kiki – a “pinky nude
Kimmie – a “deep nude

I first applied Kiki, which is the pinky nude shade (i'm always gravitating towards these shades). The shade is really gorgeous and you can definitely see the subtle difference between the shades. This new formula doesn't have any scent so if you are usually put off by the really sweet scent of the Kylie Cosmetics products, you won't have to worry about these creme liquid lipsticks!

Have you tired the KKW x Kylie Cosmetics collection?

MANCHESTER PRESS | MELBOURNE CAFE

While I was in Melbourne the other week with my friends and cousins, we went too many cafes. On Sunday morning (Mother's day) we stumble across a cafe hidden in a alley way on Little Burke Street. What caught our attention about Manchester Press Cafe was their rainbow bagel and avocado smash breakfast. So we thought we would give it a try and let me tell you it was pretty damn good. Manchester Press is busy all the time and we arrived at the cafe around lunch time - so basically it was brunch for us girls.

Manchester Press is famous for its crafted coffee and its wide selection of bagels, savoury and sweet ones.  A fun fact about this cafe is, that it was named after a printing press that once occupied the venue. The interior inside Manchester Press has very high ceilings, exposed brick facade, barred windows, low hanging lampshades and wooden tables. The food at Manchester Press is absolutely so yummy. I ordered a Peanut Hot Chocolate and a Matcha Maple which had a toasted rainbow bagel, topped with maple matcha mascarpone and fresh strawberries and Persian vanilla cotton candy. The other girls ordered Avocado and feta smash, so avocado, lemon and chilli smash, topped with Persian feta and micro herbs and also a Green Bean and Fig salad, blanched green beans, rocket, pomegranate and fresh fig, tossed with verjuice and Persian feta.

When I go down to Melbourne again, I shall be definitely be going back too this cafe to try their other foods. What caught my eye the most was the toasted rainbow bagel, which was really good. Another Melbourne cafe review will be posted next month, so stay tuned. Also my heart goes out to everyone who was affected by the explosion in Manchester City in England after the Ariana Concert this morning.

Have you ever tried a  rainbow bagel before?

BIRTHDAY WEEKEND | MELBOURNE , AUSTRALIA

Over the weekend, myself and my two friends and cousins flew down to Melbourne for a short birthday weekend/girls trip. On Saturday, I celebrated my 22nd birthday and it was pretty damn awesome. Melbourne is my favourite city, it has a European/ New York kinda vibe and I love it. The shopping in Melbourne is incredible as well is the site seeing. While we were in Melbourne, we visited so many cute and quirky cafes (blog post coming soon) and saw Hosierlane and the Brighton Bathing Boxes.

Melbourne has the best cafes ever; we saw so many cafes (lots on Little Bourke Street) in the alley ways. The ones we visited was; Manchester Press, Father John and Dex2Rose. We also went to Lord of the Fries (best vegetarian burgers) and two Italian restaurants; A25 Pizzeria and Max on Hardware.  We also went to Brighton Beach, were we saw so many colourful and quirky bathing boxes - similar ones at Brighton beach in England.

Our hotel was located right in the centre of Shopping distract, across from us was the Emporium and 3 mins away was Melbourne Central. We stayed at Mercure Melbourne Welcome Hotel, located right on Little Bourke Street, right next too China Town. While we were in Melbourne Central we saw a KitKat Chocolatory where you can build and design your very own kitkat! We also had some yummy cupcakes at Cupcake Central which are freshly baked cupcakes in Melbourne.

Have you ever been to Melbourne?
